Was hoping I was hoping for a good experience. First let me say counter guy was good. The technician that preformed the works was a disappointment. First let me I was hoping for a good experience. First let me say counter guy was good. The technician that preformed the works was a disappointment. First let me say he didn't turn paperwork in. The counter guy had to go find it after about 10 minutes of waiting. He said he rotated tires but I don't believe he did. He definitely didn't check the air in tires or reset sensors. One tire had 28 lbs of pressure when I checked dash. I questioned he used machine to check tires and reset. He then went and put air in one side didn't check other side. After he brought truck back a second time he walked away I checked tire pressure again and other side showed 32 lb of pressure. I had to call him back again to fix that side. With all that being said I was late for work and cost me even more money. If technician had done what he was supposed to I would have been on time to work with plenty time to spare. Hopefully my truck got everything else checked and toped off. Needless to say very disappointed in he performance from the dealership. I will think twice before returning More
