Professional and easy! Brought my 06 Lincoln truck in for a misfire. I had a tune up done a year before at another shop. They found several plugs installed incorrectly. This is mainly a problem for Ford customer care, not the dealer. They have always gone out of their way to help me and make my buying and servicing experience as good as possible. Good Service and Repairs My car, a Ford Freestyle, was only produced for 3 years. I could have gone somewhere else that was cheaper to have the brakes worked on, but I f My car, a Ford Freestyle, was only produced for 3 years. I could have gone somewhere else that was cheaper to have the brakes worked on, but I figured that the Ford dealership would be able to get the parts that were needed. As it turned out, because they hadn't seen my model for awhile, they had to send to Dallas to get the parts. Meanwhile, instead of making me wait for hours in their lounge, (which is comfortable by the way), they arranged for a gentleman to take me home and then to return later and take me back to the dealership after my car had been repaired. This service was at no additional cost to me. I will add that although I live in Denton county, I do not live in Denton. The only suggestion that I have for improving the service is to include an ETA to let a customer know approximately the time to expect the ride back to the dealership. Now when I tap the brakes the car doesn't screech. The repairs were done by people who know what they are doing and do it best. Thank you. More
