Great care and price I was well taken care of at my recent service appointment at Bill Utter Ford. While the techs were backed up Eddie Church, who is my service adviser, I was well taken care of at my recent service appointment at Bill Utter Ford. While the techs were backed up Eddie Church, who is my service adviser, hooked me up with a loaner truck. When the service was done the price ended up well under the cost that was quoted to me originally. It was a very good experience. More
Awesome service, speedy and friendly staff too! My service advisor was Danny Morris and he provided great service. I was quoted 5 hours for recall work to be done and it took 4.5 hours. Recall Called to set an appointment on Monday for a recall but parts were not in stock. Was told to call back on Wednesday. On Tuesday I received a second re Called to set an appointment on Monday for a recall but parts were not in stock. Was told to call back on Wednesday. On Tuesday I received a second recall for CO and explained that in the Wednesday phone call for booking the appointment. Set an appointment for a Friday morning at 7 am and Dropped vehicle off before closing Thursday night. Was clear that I needed my vehicle by the end of the day Friday. Received two phone calls Friday, one being an update for the vehicle about to get serviced and then another for the vehicle being complete. Upon arrival to pick it up, I asked how it went and it was very unclear. He finally disclosed that only one recall had been done. Had to get a loaner vehicle for the night. Never received a phone call for vehicle completion on Saturday so I called to check. Guy who answered had no clue if it was done, couldn’t find paperwork. He called me back and said there was confusion but it was done. I went and picked it up that afternoon. More

I made an appointment online, but was not met by a service advisor when I brought my vehicle in. There was no walk around or conversation about what my needs for this visit were. When the service was completed, there was no service advisor who went with me to my vehicle to verify my requests had been met. More
