Part was ordered the day of diagnosis and I was contacted promptly when the part came in the next day and the vehicle was scheduled for an appointment the following day. The car was taken back for service upon my arrival at the appointment time and the new antenna was installed in about 30 minutes. The service department diagnosed the issue, said what they were going to do and did it! More
NO Respect for appointments I called last week to set up an appointment to have my oil change. Arrived 15 minutes early to get my truck checked in. The guy offered for me to come back later and be got in quicker. Even after stating I have an appointment it didn’t matter I would have to wait behind all the walk ins. So I did my other errands and came back still waited aver an hour before it was done. Even talking to a customer service, it appears nothing could be done. If you are going to take appointments you need to honor them. It’s disrespectful of a customers time. This time I could go and come back, however most of the time I can’t. I can’t afford to spend multiple hours sitting around waiting for y’all to decide my new appointment time. And often no one can come get me. Please be more considerate of your customers time. I won’t be back again, if it happens one more time. More

Forgotten about for oil change Came in for an oil change, my paper work got lost and I ended up waiting for over 3 hours for an oil change. Stop ripping people off Look I’ve had such a ridiculous amount of problems with my ford since I’ve bought it. Doesn’t help that the dealership tries to rip people off. I know that my service guy was lying to me about things but what am I supposed to do?! You guys had my car and it wasn’t easy for me to go up there and prove him wrong. No way it should have cost the amount that it did and when I called to tell him not to do it, supposedly “they already started it” although it took almost a half a day from that point before I could come pick it up. Ford I’m tired of your company and deeply regret buying my car from you guys. My car is only 4 years old. So why in the xxxx have I had so many problems?! If you are going to sell lemons, at least provide cheap services for your cheaply made cars. More
