Waited 2.5 hours to get a tire changed Normally this service center is pretty accurate with their times for length of wait. Not this time. I went in because of a tire sensor light and was told it was a nail in my sidewall. Take 30-40 minutes to take care of. Not even close. First they tried to charge me $70 more for the tire then anywhere else. When I showed him my search on the tire I was told then they price match. If I didn’t know any better or knew how to search on my phone, I would have paid the extra money. I should have followed my instinct and taken it to discount tire. At least 30 minutes there is 30 minutes. And when I get a price on a tire I’m not worried that I’m getting ripped off. More
A/C Rapair and Oil Change Took my truck in for an A/C issue and oil change. Was told upfront that they were a little backed up so it may be a day or two to look at the vehicle Took my truck in for an A/C issue and oil change. Once they diagnosed the issue, service advisor called to let me know and service was quickly completed. Great experience. More
Slow Oil Change I made an appointment for to have my oil changed and was told it would take about an hour but took nearly two, most of which was the dealership gettin I made an appointment for to have my oil changed and was told it would take about an hour but took nearly two, most of which was the dealership getting their paperwork in order. After my truck had been down off the lift for 30 minutes I asked what the status was and was told "It's not in the system". After an hour I got the same response. No one offered to track down the paperwork for find out what the problem was. My service agent, who I didn't meet when I brought the truck in, finally brought the paperwork up and apologized for the wait saying "sorry I was busy". If they want to earn my service business they didn't make much of an effort. Poor customer service. More

Excellent! I called Eddie Church about a battery check because my vehicle had been slow-to-start that day. He said he'd check it for me on the drive when I came I called Eddie Church about a battery check because my vehicle had been slow-to-start that day. He said he'd check it for me on the drive when I came in. I told him I'd be there in thirty minutes. Thirty minutes later, Eddie met me on the drive as soon as I pulled in. A quick battery check concluded that I was dead in the water. He pulled me straight back, installed a new battery and had me back on the road in under an hour!!! Thanks, Eddie! You're the best! It happens to be like this every single time I come in. That's why I don't go anywhere else! More
