Very poor follow up on work. Took my 2018 truck in for basic maintenance and to fix an issue with my radio. Oil change and minor checks were performed but the radio and an inter Took my 2018 truck in for basic maintenance and to fix an issue with my radio. Oil change and minor checks were performed but the radio and an interior repair required parts. They said they would call when the parts came in. I called back 2x over 2 weeks checking status by leaving messages, with NO call back. Third call back asked for manager. Was immediately scheduled for radio repair (which also affected GPS). Once fixed I inquired about the interior repair. Again called 2x with no follow up. Called 3rd time and got someone else who had it scheduled the next day. During these discussions I was told the original maint ticket was closed after my first visit... so no record to follow up was there. Not sure why this led to no follow up to my calls from Johnny. At this point, I plan to go back to the Ford dealer I used to use and no longer do business with this one. So frustrating. More

And the price seriously can’t be beat!!! I drive a lot so I get a lot of service done and I will keep going back every time!! More

2 1/2 hour plus oil change I was told my service writer it would take hour. It was at least 45 minutes before my vehicle was pulled into the bay directly by the window In the wa I was told my service writer it would take hour. It was at least an hour before my service writer came out and told me they were working on it. Then I was told I needed a new air filter and cabin filter. It then sat for thirty minutes before they did.anything else. While observing thru the window, there was a lot of horse play, talking, standing g around doing nothing or on their phones, by many of the technicians. I finally had enough and stated asking questions. Needless to say I was there almost theee hours for something I was told would take an hour. I am extremely disappointed in the service received, and it fills me with dread to have to come back for future service. More
