Rob Capule treated me as an important person. He was respectful, precise, gracious and I am still in awe of how well my problems mattered and were handled extremely timely. Normal Service Call This was a 45000 mile service for my 2016 Ford Explorer. I had to slip the appointment by one day and they made the change.
