I would like to start off by expressing our sincerest apologies for any misunderstanding that may have taken place in our showroom. You've mentioned that your interaction with Bridgewater Acura took place over several weeks. Programs and incentives do change monthly, as well as vehicle availability. Since you have not shared your name, I am not certain when you visited with us- I also don't have the ability to reference your proposed deal, and can't comment on where the misunderstanding may have taken place with respect to the 1800 dollars. Furthermore, without seeing a detailed written quote from another dealership, I can not comment on the pricing that you received from Springfield. What I can tell you is that Bridgewater Acura is committed to providing our customers with excellent customer service, and your experience is not typical. Since your review had been posted online - there were multiple Employees looking into the root of your issue. Tina - Internet Sales Manager, Michael Lasko - General Sales Manager - your Sales Associate Anthony Spano in addition to one of our Finance Managers. Because our Ancillary Products are offered by Outside Parties - Bridgewater Acura did process the Paperwork for your Window Etch Cancellation when you had communicated with us. However - the timing was thrown off because of the communications with the Window Etch Company processing the cancellation on their end. We have since rectified the issue at hand - and Michael Lasko made sure you were REFUNDED in full. Given the opportunity to fix any issues - I hope we have been able to prove that we do right by our customers!
