Recently leased a new 2014 Cherokee from Volz Jeep. I was researching a number of vehicles and dealers at the time and I was impressed with how quickly they responded to my first contact. The follow-up from there was smooth and courteous, with no pushy sales tactics or 'act now' deals that tried to force me to make a decision right away. I was able to schedule a test drive for the following day and found the 2014 Cherokee to be just the car I was looking for. I took a couple days to finally decide after reviewing all the options and, once I was ready, Tom was able to find a match for me right away and by the end of the week I was trading in my old car and driving off in my new one. I am very pleased with both the car and for choosing to purchase it from Volz. The ease of the purchase process and the courtesy of the staff made me feel comfortable making the big decision.
