I went, tested driving and drove out a nice Liberty the same day. The customer services are very good once they have time to take care of you. Their quality of works are unlike the other dealers. He did not push, or try to get me into something else. With 5 kids, budget is extremely important as well as getting what I needed. He did a lot of phone work with me knowing how hard it was for me to drag all the kids to the showroom and sit, that in itself was huge! It was not easy but he did it! I almost got a car from this dealership that did not include the features I wanted because I was told that it could not be done in the range of the monthly payment that I wanted - I settled on a base model because I thought it was all I could afford.. luckily they were rather rude and condescending to me the day before I finished the deal opening up the opportunity to have another dealer do it right.... I feel a car dealership that is asking for your business so adamantly should also be willing to work hard to give you options, I just never got that - they can be very nice and they did keep calling and asking for my business, but in the end could not deliver.. I went elsewhere and got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. More
