Ms. Farr; I checked into the pricing issues you relayed, as being off in price that much was alarming. What I found, however, was a little different. The tires we quoted you were the make specified by Chrysler for your Dodge Dart, whereas you stated you purchased Goodyears. Manufacturers match tires to vehicles for many reasons, so we normally recommend staying with the OEM make, but that could explain some of the pricing (I heard you may work there as well so I suspect you got a steeper discount). Having said that, the price we quoted you per tire for 2 tires was $112.20 each. Also we are running "buy 3 get 1 free" for a full set, so our pricing for 4 tires was $351.00, or $87.75 each. The other thing is that your tire wasn't wobbly, it had chopped tread. That is not a safety factor at all but can create noise and vibration depending on how chopped the tread is. I realize you already purchased your tires. My apologies that we were not able to communicate effectively. Ken Kraft General Manager
