William, we apologize for the experience that you are describing in your review. Tanya was honest and forthcoming on every issue you brought up with the vehicle. We addressed everything on your list. And let me say this; your family is priceless. You are asking us to take care of a wear and tear part of the vehicle. We don't know if you caused that damage, or if you bought it that way. Either way, we met you half way and paid half for the damage. In addition, your amount includes an alignment, which you agreed to wait for our Service department to open so we can take care of that for you. I remember looking at the bottom of the vehicle with your wife present. You did not point out any misalignment then. And we looked at the bottom of your vehicle extensively. Please be fair and consistent with your comments. We stand behind all our vehicles, and address any and every concern with our customers. And we did just that with you when you visited us.

Oh Boy. Look, I get it. Your job is to maximize every sale for maximum profit. That's what you're suppose to do in any business. But of all things, for a used car dealer to question the integrity of his customer? Need I say more...no, not really, enough said. I've already stated that it was my fault that I did not take the time to check the car out. So Congratulations. You Guys Won. But don't have a race to the bottom on the quality customer service scale by falsely accusing a customer of doing damage to your vehicle that without question already existed. Hey, I know you want to shift to Spike Lee Mode and Do The Right Thing. So just be better, upfront and honest going forward so this won't happen to future customers. Cool?
