I am extremely disappointed in the service department of Blade Chevrolet. I have taken my wifes Chevy Trax in 2 times to be repaired and each time we have driven it less than 5 miles and the check engine li Blade Chevrolet. I have taken my wifes Chevy Trax in 2 times to be repaired and each time we have driven it less than 5 miles and the check engine light comes on. The vehicle still didn't run right. After speaking to the manager of the service department I still didn't get any answers why they couldn't diagnose the problem that would make me want to take the vehicle in for addition diagnoses and repair. I also had an issue with them helping me figure out the extended warranty. They either wouldn't or couldn't figure it out I will not be returning to that service department with any vehicle again. I also know of another individual who has taken his vehicle in 2 times for diagnosis and repair and still hasn't had his vehicle fixed. More
