We really appreciated the honesty of not giving us answers without confirming that they were the correct answers. My wife is pregnant so we were not willing to sit and do a lot of back and forth negotiations and they made it relatively quick and painless. I bought an SUV! I have always driven Fords. Never looked at a Chevy. It was time to replace my company vehicle as it needed some work done (engine light on-running ro I have always driven Fords. They had my car for 16 days and only did an oil change, gave me 3 vehicles to drive and I ended up going to get my car which remained untouched. Called another Ford dealer....no time to repair or vehicle to put me in. My board members wife just bought a new Silverado and brought it to show me. I was impressed! Went to Blade Chevrolet and I went away with a 2017 Chevy Traverse! Great service, nice people, no nonsense and......you can buy a vehicle without a hassle! Not to mention a Chevy is a pretty nice rig! More

The best transaction I ever had at a dealer. It was an easy smooth transaction but more important, Josh treated me as well after the sale as he did before. I drove from Seattle to buy the truck and had to take the train days later to pick it up and he still offered to pick me up at the station. I noticed a rock chip in the windshield when I picked up the truck. He called their glass vendor, gave me directions and told me to go there and they will repair at no charge. He was genuinely nice during the entire experience more out of character than anything. I will most definitely start with him the next time I need a vehicle since I know there won't be any pressure and he is really good guy. Most definitely the best experience I have had buying from a dealer. More

Shortly after purchasing my Tahoe from them (10 days), I went on a road trip to Oregon with my daughter and had a terrifying experience. Antifreeze and another hose were unattached from the motor causing smoke from under the hood. I had to take it to a shop out of state and wait for hours for it to be fixed. Thankfully Blade made that right and paid for the repairs. From then on... nothing but problems. Side paneling came off while driving down I-5, seat heater not working, radio not working, when I went in to the dealership to talk to someone about it Saturday, his exact words were 'I'd be pissed too. Bummer.' If I could return the vehicle, I probably would. I'm not sure how it passed the 150 point inspection they said it did. Didn't expect to pay that much for a rig to have so many problems in the first 2 weeks of owning it and getting NO response from anyone when I reach out to them. I honestly don't like complaining but I'm pretty bummed and hurt about this purchase, when I was very excited for it. More

Rey, an employee in sales at this location had sold my Daughter her first Chevy Cruze. Rey had the particular car I was interested in ready for me, washed and ready to show. He knew all about the mechanisms and he showed me and explained how to operate all of the special features that the fully loaded 2014 Chevy Cruze has to offer and even helped me set it up. He was very helpful and has been great with answering any questions my Daughter and I have and have had about our new cars.
