There have been so many horror stories from other RS drivers about other dealers in town, that I was hesitant to drop my car off anywhere! I didn't have an appointment, but they got my car right in on a Friday morning. The service writer was courteous and friendly. They provided me a loaner for the day, not knowing how long the repair would take..i received a call about 2pm that my car was ready. This was a cross road for me...Blue Springs Ford had the opportunity to earn my respect and future business, or lose a customer forever.
