They were willing and made all attempts to match any offers we had for our trade and or financing and extended Maintenance and service warranties.

Our salesperson was Damien Matzeder who was so patient with our daughter. Damien answered every question we had and faithfully took us test driving several vehicles until my daughter found just what she wanted. Damien knows his stuff concerning any vehicle question we had and led us through the purchase process from beginning to end with kindness and patience. Highly recommend Damien Matzeder and the whole dealership.

I took my car in for service (oil change, tire going low pressure, and my battery was not charging. Come to find out, it was operator error. Nathan, very nicely, explained to me how the battery feature worked. He took time out of his busy day to explain every thing to me and showed me on the vehicle the features and what buttons to push. Very nice guy. Definitely going back to have them do any other work that needs done.

Took my car in for a clanking noise in the rear vend, told it was a differential. Would be 2 weeks to repair. Found out their in stock one was defective. Possibly 2 weeks to get it completed. My car has been garaged always. It took 6 weeks to do a 3 hr repair replacing it. The car sat in their lot the full 6 weeks in 100 degree weather. I asked for it to be cleaned up before giving it back to me complete. I took it to the car wash to clean it up before taking it home. Now it needs waxed due to being baked in the sun for 6 weeks. They gave me a loaner car and when I called to get a status on repair was told me I had a loaner car and hoped to get repair started numerous weeks. Talked to service manager and he hoped to get it started next week. For good customer service I would recommend a full detail on the car before picking it up. I mentioned that about Week 4 in a voicemail but not done. I also asked for a wheel dressing on all wheels as I have extended warranty since it was going to be there a while.found out when I picked it up it wasn’t done but I could bring it back an drop it off to get it done. Possible might get company to come to my home and do the work. Gonna try for that. It still blows me away it took 6 weeks to get a 3 or 4 hour replacement to be installed. I gave it a 2 star as I did have a loaner car. . Very disappointed It’s really.nice to have our car back and it has a 2 year warranty on the part. Carlos’s was the service adviser and worked on getting the loaner car for me.

The last two times we have been to Matt Ford we have had bad experiences! We have left both times and went to other dealerships and gotten what we had asked for on trade in! Both times they tried to steal our trade in and both times we walked! Each time they said good luck getting better deal! Both times we went elsewhere and I received over $3000 more for my trades! Unbelievable experience! Then when you say something to them they have a million excuses!

I drive 30 miles one way to have all service and repair work done on my F150 even though I didn't purchase it there. I know they are busy but they always treat me fair, give me an update during the service and I use the Ford Pass app on my phone to earn points, check for recalls, view service recommendations and updates. Any Ford dealer can service your vehicle but Victory Ford does it right the first time and the service department is great to work with.

TOOK THEM OVER 3 MONTHS TO FIX IT AND THEN WANTS TO CHARGE MORE FOR MORE PARTS, SAYING IT ISN'T UNDER WARRANTY. MY SALES PERSON WAS GREAT BUT HAS NOW SAYING NOTHING HE CAN DO. BUT THE MANAGER OF THE DEALERSHIP AFTER I HAD TO KEEP BRINGING MY VECHICLE BACK SEVERALY TIMES RUDE HATEFUL AND REFUSED TO TAKE CARE OF MY ISSUES UNTIL IT BLEW UP. I bought a new car in July 2026. They were friendly and helpful when buying. Once i left dealer and had questions i called and had a hard time reaching anyone to talk to. When i reached someone they said they would research and get back to me. No one called me back including my salesman. I tried to call to talk to who owner or ran dealership, left message and no one called me back. I was supposed to get a military rebate . The salesman told me it was $1,000, but was $500. Since i didn't have a trade-in they said i had to go online to apply for it. I did but could not sign in. Contacted rebate program, they tried to help me sign in but couldn't, then they said they couldn't help me so didn't receive rebate. I think the program is a scam.They were not helpful at all. I would never recommend them to anyone. Worst dealer i have ever dealt with. Would not recommend them to anyone.

This was my first experience with this dealer. I was greeted by a sales consultant almost immediately. I told him I had done my homework and wanted to test drive a specific preowned vehicle, which he arranged in no time. Upon my return, we started the negotiations and was very pleased by his low-pressure attitude and willingness to work with me. He lowered the price on a vehicle that was already a bargain, authorized brake work my mechanic had recommended be done before I bought, searched for little extras I asked for. Had the car paid for, brake work done and title in hand within four hours of walking onto lot. Seemingly honest, very efficient and helpful.

If I could give them a negative star review I would. Do not take your car to this dealership. My Ford Fiesta broke down and I took it to our local mechanic to look at it. He identified the transmission as the issue and told me to take it to Ford because my car is not anywhere old enough or high enough mileage to have this issue. I brought it in and told them exactly what he told me including the transmission oil being black. Swafford said it was a warranty issue and "fixed" it. Last week I left work to go to my car and it would not accelerate or reverse. Transmission again. I had it towed back to them. They are claiming they never touched the transmission fluid even though they replaced parts and serviced it. My transmission is now completely burnt up and my car is undrivable. They are telling me I have to pay them 7000 to replace a transmission they screwed up on a 5 year old car That is under 100,000 miles and has been regularly serviced.
