We appreciate your feedback; however, the vehicle in question has over 200,000 miles on it and the hub is loose and it will not pass inspection at our facility. We want you to be safe, your are welcome to have another facility look it over, if it passes it is a liability. I'm sorry you don't believe us.

It's not a matter of belief. I could drive down the highway at 70mph and let go of the steering wheel for the next 10 miles no problem. After leaving your dealership the alignment is so far off it's not safe to drive. That is a fact. The fact that you would blow it off in this manner only proves my point further.
