Deer damage. Our car was damaged when a deer ran into the front right side of our car smashing the fender and the right door and part of the hood and the front fen Our car was damaged when a deer ran into the front right side of our car smashing the fender and the right door and part of the hood and the front fender. Derek, Shaun and Heather were all great. Derek contacted our insurance company and got our car in as quick as possible and provided us with a loaner car. When we got our car back it look brand new, they had also detailed the whole outside of the vehicle and the inside of it. We are so happy to have our car back looking the way it does, we have told all our friends and we will always always use blue springs Ford for our service and damage repairs. Blue Springs Ford Review Tech could not duplicate the issue I brought my vehicle in for. It is actually same issue vehicle has been in for prior and was “supposedly” rectified Tech could not duplicate the issue I brought my vehicle in for. It is actually same issue vehicle has been in for prior and was “supposedly” rectified by a few new parts. Unfortunately, I was not at dealership very long so I’m not sure how much tech tried to duplicate problem. They also had to order a new part unrelated to this issue that they had broke previously and didn’t point out to me when it occurred. More
Good experience just not a lot of help So I orginally came in to have a recall taken care of on my 2013 ford fusion, also asked them to reset the pcm because i have had problems with the tr So I orginally came in to have a recall taken care of on my 2013 ford fusion, also asked them to reset the pcm because i have had problems with the transmission shifting hard, the guy I talked to, not sure who it was it was a younger guy, he basically told me he didn’t want to just reset the pcm and have that not fix the issue so he wanted to run diagnostics on it to see exactly what is causing the hard shift. I get a call later saying the recall was done but they didn’t run diagnostics, the guy straight up told me ford knows about the problem but won’t do anything about it. He said it’s part of the car. The xxxx thing has 60,000 miles and it shifts that hard? Makes no sense to me. So watch out for newer fords from what I understand it’s not just the fusions that have this problem. They could have at least reset the pcm for me like I asked them to do in the first place but no they just say sorry nothing we can do. From everything I read online resetting the pcm at least temporarily fixes it for 3-4 months More
