Service appt for a problem and state inspection I appreciate that my repair was done at no charge. The explanation of services was, "it's fixed". Since there were options for the repair, I asked f I appreciate that my repair was done at no charge. The explanation of services was, "it's fixed". Since there were options for the repair, I asked for further detail. I was given generalities of what usually happens. I asked to be called when the repair was done. I received that call only after I had called to check the status myself. Customer service needs work. More

When I got a recall notice for the airbags in one of my vehicles, I called Blue Springs Ford to order the part and schedule an appointment per the rec When I got a recall notice for the airbags in one of my vehicles, I called Blue Springs Ford to order the part and schedule an appointment per the recall notice. I called three or four times to make an appointment, and was either transferred around the dealership or sent straight to voicemail. On my last attempt, someone answered and said she could actually see all of the service advisers at their desks and would transfer me right over. I was sent to voicemail again. After giving up on calling, I decided to schedule an appointment online and take the car there so I could at least talk to someone. I was told there was nothing they could do and they couldn’t give an answer as to when the parts would be in and was sent on my way. I was directed to Ford Corporate to for assistance. The representative from corporate attempted to call Blue Springs Ford to get some answers, but couldn’t get anyone to pick up the phone - not surprising. It’s been nearly a month and a half, and I still haven’t heard anything from the dealer. I ended up taking the car to Bob Sight Ford and they fixed the problem much sooner and actually answered the phone. More

Returned for same problem. Had a problem with IWE's on front axles. Drove home park PU. 3 wks later drove out to airport after 15 miles "grinding noise" started again and contin Had a problem with IWE's on front axles. Drove home park PU. 3 wks later drove out to airport after 15 miles "grinding noise" started again and continue. Took PU in, I was called 2 hours later problem fixed. Hose to one of the IWE's had pin hole. Why wasn't both hoses replaced. Should have been done when I was in first time. More
