Returned for same problem. Had a problem with IWE's on front axles. Drove home park PU. 3 wks later drove out to airport after 15 miles "grinding noise" started again and contin Had a problem with IWE's on front axles. Drove home park PU. 3 wks later drove out to airport after 15 miles "grinding noise" started again and continue. Took PU in, I was called 2 hours later problem fixed. Hose to one of the IWE's had pin hole. Why wasn't both hoses replaced. Should have been done when I was in first time. More

Unprofessional Bought truck a month ago. Had to bring it back multiple times for things that should have been taken care of prior to my picking it up. I honestly don Bought truck a month ago. Had to bring it back multiple times for things that should have been taken care of prior to my picking it up. I honestly don't know how management lets this keep going on. I've had 7 trips to Blue Springs Ford. Issues with my truck still aren't completed. I've been through all departments in this facility. Sales, service department and their body shop. Not one of them has completed what needed to be done without multiple visits. I would NOT recommend anyone to this dealership. More
