Poor customer communication They did not offer me a replacement vehicle for my Ford Ranger while waiting forever for parts under a airbag recall. I got a letter in July that sai They did not offer me a replacement vehicle for my Ford Ranger while waiting forever for parts under a airbag recall. I got a letter in July that said nothing about a loaner vehicle, but that the parts are available. I have been into the dealership numerous times and I have to initiate any contact. They said to come in the parts are available. I get in only to find out they needed the VIN # (which was on all the correspondence so they can order the parts. That was November 19th, and nothing yet on December 26th. All the Ford people have no idea when repairs will be done. Meanwhile I have a vehicle dangerous to drive and I can’t take my grandkids or my spouse in my Ford Ranger or even feel safe driving it. More
