Blue Springs Ford is the best! We have to drive a half hour to get to them but they are so worth it! We had a protection package which covered removing stains on the seats and we ha We have to drive a half hour to get to them but they are so worth it! We had a protection package which covered removing stains on the seats and we had some stains so I wanted those treated while the truck was in for an oil change and recall repair. When I got it back they had not only cleaned the seats but they detailed the ENTIRE INTERIOR at no cost! We were also given a loaner vehicle free which was great considering the half hour drive. When I left from picking up the truck after having service my tire pressure was slowly going down so I turned around and went back. They found a screw in my tire and repaired it for free. This is also where we purchased our truck a year ago and the buying experience was great. Only one time because of ‘convenience’ we took the truck elsewhere for an oil change and we will never do that again! They were expensive and shady. From now on we will always make the drive to have Blue Springs Ford service our vehicle. They treat us like valued customers and always go above and beyond. More

Great Experience Went in with the vehicle I was interested already selected. Met with Taylor who gave me the "specks" on it. Took a test drive and was sold! Recent service experience On 12/17/2018 I came in and asked for the Works oil change. I told him I had a coupon for free service. Front of ticket says “Free Wrks 49.95”. After On 12/17/2018 I came in and asked for the Works oil change. I told him I had a coupon for free service. Front of ticket says “Free Wrks 49.95”. After picking up vehicle I noticed the ticket did not state that tires were rotated. I called back to question this and was told that the free service does not include tire rotation. Although I had told the service person that I had a coupon for free service it was not explained to me when vehicle was left for service that it did not cover tire rotation. More

Art is the best I was looking at cars at 3 am instead of writing a paper, and when I clicked the "I'm Interested" button, I got an email from what was obviously some I was looking at cars at 3 am instead of writing a paper, and when I clicked the "I'm Interested" button, I got an email from what was obviously some kind of machine that was completely impersonal. I was set up with a sales rep soon after, but the person I was talking to seemed pushy and just wanted me to buy any car. I almost went through with it, but then a family friend told me to call the dealership and ask for Art. When I did, it was a totally different experience than what I had with the other salesman. Art wasn't trying to get me to buy a car I didn't want, and he didn't try to push me to buy any add-on I didn't need. This was my first time buying a car and I had no experience at all, so Art totally could have taken advantage of me and sold me on some kind of magical paint, but he didn't. I put off buying a car for as long as I could because I was afraid I would buy one I was't totally in love with and I thought it would be a long and awful process, but with Art I felt comfortable and it took no time at all. Art had an answer ready for every question I asked, and he went out of his way to accommodate my weird requests. The next time I buy a car, I'm definitely going back to Art. More
