I forgot the fiancé guys name but he was great. He helped me get a more thorough understanding of credit and how to build it. Service center has been great too. Only issue was they didn’t call me to let my vehicle was done. But that’s extremely minor in the overall scope. More

The worse part about it, the service advisor brought her the car so je saw all of the mess. If I could upload pictures I would do that as well. Just disappointed in customer service nowadays... Just ok I’ve been several times and when I go to check out the girls have no idea about the service that has been done. They pull my car up to me and have my car washed and they make sure to lay down paper on the driver floor. More

Nice but didn’t help Sam in the service department couldn’t have been any nicer, however he wasn’t able to help me. My windshield on my car (still under warranty) just ran Sam in the service department couldn’t have been any nicer, however he wasn’t able to help me. My windshield on my car (still under warranty) just randomly cracked when I was sitting in a fast food drive-thru. He was happy to take pictures of it and submit it to Ford, but it got denied bc they said they could see a chip. There is no chip, nothing hit it. Not his fault, but still no help for me. I’m out $400 replacing it when Ford truly should have covered it. More
Will never go back Ford tried to tell me my car was way to dangerous to be on the roads and that I need to get rid of it. They never told me exactly what was wrong with my car and never told me what they did on my car. Besides that it was too dangerous to be on the road and I need to get a new car soon. They charged me an outrageous amount for something as little as a code since my car was in lockdown mode. I had several people tell me it was just a code so that’s all they should have done. I will not be going back. More
