Outstanding Service Long time customer. Once again my Service J.W. Williams was a "Great Help" in servicing My 2017 Lincoln MKC. Having a serious back issue, I called J Long time customer. Once again my Service J.W. Williams was a "Great Help" in servicing My 2017 Lincoln MKC. Having a serious back issue, I called J.W. and explained that I had a concern with the battery and he got me in very quickly. Ran a diagnostic check and found that the battery was defective and not holding a charge. Replaced the battery and I was on my way. In addition, I would like to compliment the entire service department for the many years of outstanding service with all our vehicles. Can't remember all the names, but I would like to single out Mark Scott (service manager and the outstanding service cashiers Monique & Andria for being so helpful and "nice". (not sure if I spelled the names correctly) More
