I’d rather drive to Independence I have been here twice because it’s so close to my home. The first time the tech lied about my tier pressure sensor not being covered under warranty. I have been here twice because it’s so close to my home. The first time the tech lied about my tier pressure sensor not being covered under warranty. I asked him to check several times. I waited several hours in the waiting room and was never told my car was ready until I asked. The first time that happened I thought nothing of it but this last time I watched the entire waiting room empty out and when I finally got up to ask about my car 1:47 mins later it had been serviced and was just waiting out front. We paid for an extended warranty and now we have to accept less than satisfactory service. Also they didn’t wash my car they told me because it was cold I could come back when it’s warmer. Women beware or come with your husbands. More
