Dealerships Suck I lost my remote start fob and also needed a spare remote ignition key. When I brought my 2014 Escape SE to the dealership I had to ask way more ques I lost my remote start fob and also needed a spare remote ignition key. When I brought my 2014 Escape SE to the dealership I had to ask way more questions than I got definitve answers, and I had to involve at least two third party venders before and after service. I could not get a straight answer from anybody as to what equipment I had and where to by parts for the service needed. I kept getting the run-around from everyone. No one wanted to actually look at the vehicle first. I even had to call the original dealership in Clinton, Mo. who at least offered to help based on my VIN code. I had to allow Blue Springs to make an ignition key For A KINGS RANDOM OVER $300 and discovered for myself that my key C5JT-15K601-AB required a remote start fob C5JT-15K601-DC which I then had to order on EBAY because nobody in MO has a clue! I still have yet to get it programmed, but found a vender in Warrensburg who my be able to do so AFFORDABLY. More

Good experience The salesman was one of the best I have ever dealt with. We told him what vehicle we were interested in and what we had to have on it. They didn't have what we wanted on their lot but he found the vehicle at another dealership. And he really listened to what we said. He found the vehicle we ask for. Even signing the papers was easy. Everyone at the dealership was friendly. I would recommend Blue Springs Ford and definitely be back. More
