Quick & Simple I took my car in for a recall. The whole process was a bit confusing, but I was able to work with Richard to get it all done in the correct order. I h I took my car in for a recall. The whole process was a bit confusing, but I was able to work with Richard to get it all done in the correct order. I had to call Ford Customer Service, then Enterprise, then the Dealer. When the part was available, he ordered it for my car and called me when it was in to set up an appointment. The appointment was very flexible and I was able to drop it off ANYTIME. Once the vehicle was in, they got it done the same day and I was on my way! The process was simplified with the help of the customer service that was provided. When I walked into the garage, I wasn't ignored. There were several representatives that greeted me and addressed me right away. I was able to leave just as soon as I arrived, which helped tremendously since I am so busy. More

Address issue with Sync system. Sync system was acting up and took it in for service. They ran diagnostics on it and everything looked good. They identified that the version of Syn Sync system was acting up and took it in for service. They ran diagnostics on it and everything looked good. They identified that the version of Sync that I had was older and they felt that the issue would be resolved if Sync was updated. Agreed to have them update Sync and it did resolve the issue. More
Outstanding Service Travelling through Kansas City with a U-Haul trailer on our way to St Louis the engine began to misfire.It was 6:30 in the morning and thought best to Travelling through Kansas City with a U-Haul trailer on our way to St Louis the engine began to misfire.It was 6:30 in the morning and thought best to take to a local dealership. Was greeted by Jim Howard at 7:00. He was very friendly,professional and empathetic to our situation. He helped unhook the trailer and said a technician could look at it at 8:00. Shortly after 8:00 we talked to Sam Bell and they discovered the problem. The only issue they could not get a part until noon and we would be on the road by 1:00. Sam came back 45 minutes later saying they found the part at another dealer. We were back on the road around 9:30. Simply outstanding service! Both gentlemen went above and beyond - Thank you! More
