Oil Chamge Have been going to this service center since I bought the vehicle about 5 years ago. Last 2 times I have not enjoyed my experience. Both times the sti Have been going to this service center since I bought the vehicle about 5 years ago. Last 2 times I have not enjoyed my experience. Both times the sticker in the window has not been replaced with new mileage and the car has not been reset to show it has an oil change. I called to express my dissatisfaction with the service center and the manager was nice, but still frustrating to not have the service completed all the way. Unfortunately I will look for somewhere else to do business with. More

We didn't have to look at any other vehicle on the lot. We have bought several Fords from Blue Springs Ford including 2 from Paul. Have always had a good experience with Blue Springs Ford. They have always made us feel like family. We will be back. More

Overcharged I have used this place twice and they have screwed up twice. The first time they wrote my name down wrong and my VIN wrong so after a couple days they I have used this place twice and they have screwed up twice. The first time they wrote my name down wrong and my VIN wrong so after a couple days they hadn't even started on my vehicle. They gave me a free oil change so after about a month I decided to try them again and yet another problem. They overcharged me 4 the service and just stated it must have been a computer glitch after I caught it and requested my money back. More
