World class and awesome Service My 2015 F150 stopped operating as we were driving from California to South Carolina. AAA towed me to Blue Spings Ford that morning. JW (I think those My 2015 F150 stopped operating as we were driving from California to South Carolina. AAA towed me to Blue Spings Ford that morning. JW (I think those are right initials) was our service technician. He coyldn’t Have been nicer and supportive. He said he’d get us in as soon as he could. He did just that. The part was replaced quickly, the truck was washed and we were back on the road early that afternoon. We appreciated the outstanding service from JW and the dealerships. More
