Rude Check Out Process I purchased our vehicle from this dealership and have serviced it exclusively with them. Just completed a $700 brake job earlier this year. I earn “service dollars” each time and when I get my oil changed I just apply those minimal credits. Usually combined with an oil service promotion so it’s comparable to go with them vs my local service guy. Well NOT THIS TIME! The cashier manager was rude!! Said she would not let me use the $7.43 service bucks because I was already getting a discount on oil change. Ummmm...that’s what those rewards are for and I’ve always used them. Was told rudely that they haven’t done that in 3 years. Which is not true. Nevertheless. I’ll find a new Ford service center. Bob Sight is near my work. We won’t be going back to BS Ford. So disappointed. It was just $7.00. Which just makes me giggle. You’d think I was asking for a free oil change. I def will not go there for future brake service either. They are EXPENSIVE!! So do your homework folks. More
