After speaking with the service manager and having a second equally bad experience with another visit and service adviser, we decided to escalate our complaint to the general manager. He heard our complaints and personally fixed the entire mess. He called me directly with updates, installed parts at his own expense to address an elusive service issue, and ultimately went far beyond 'above and beyond' to remedy our original service issue. He made such an outstanding effort that he changed my outlook on the dealership as a whole and made me regret my original poor review, hence this update. Although poorly handled by the service department, our issues are being handled superbly by management. Thank you.
