ASK FOR AARON! I recently took my vehicle to Blue Springs Ford to diagnose a problem with my Fusion. Aaron Benton, my service advisor, was very professional in how he handled this and even put up with all of my questions and answered each one kindly and respectfully. So after taking the car back home I started experiencing the problem again. I returned to Blue Springs Ford and Aaron and the tech took a second look. The same day they were able to diagnose the problem and complete the repair! Aaron made my vehicle a priority and I really appreciated that. Aaron was always friendly, cool tempered and so easy to work with! If you choose Blue Springs Ford to service your vehicle, make sure you ask for Aaron! P.S. Metro Ford on Noland Rd in Independence sucks. They were rude over the phone, I can't imagine how awful they are in person. So just just go to Blue Springs Ford. More
