Tyson Young is by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with and now is the best sales manager. Everyone in the service department is absolutely top-notch! Mike J. is my advisor but the service manager Ryan J. is always willing to make sure they go the extra mile. Even Chris S., Mark S. and Marnette are unbelievably courteous and helpful. If you go to any other Ford dealership, you are depriving yourself of the best automotive experience that is available in the market today. All of my family's vehicle purchases and service work, will always be done only at Blue Springs Ford! More
Service Dept I brought my Ford Edge in under a warranty recall and the experience was great. I was running late but they still worked me in. The whole staff was friendly and they didn't try to tell me that I needed any extra service. My only issue was that I asked for an estimate to update my SYNC (it requires a dealer update) and they forgot to call me with the estimate. But overall was a great experience. More

Unreliable warranty I bought a used F150 in May 2016. The salesman told me there would be a warranty, but when I went to sign final papers, I was told no warranty. After I bought a used F150 in May 2016. The salesman told me there would be a warranty, but when I went to sign final papers, I was told no warranty. After much discussion, the GM agreed to give me a 90 day or so many miles warranty. Right away I noticed a shuddering when I was driving at times, and took it back within a week. Long story short, I have been told it is a bad torque converter, intake gaskets, bad fuel, low fluids, broken hose, etc. and have had to put out $232 of my own money to pay the 50% and the same night...yep you guessed it! It still has a shudder. I tried to call this morning to let them know it was still happening, but there has been NO response. Ivwas told the GM is a super nice guy who takes care of his customers, but he needs to make sure the people working for him are doing the same. At this point, I will warn everyone I know to stear clear. More
