I wanted to trade in my vehicle for a new Atlas SEL R-Line, and can't say enough about everyone involved, all the way up to the Leadership. Dave Rook was my Sales POC and took all the time I needed th R-Line, and can't say enough about everyone involved, all the way up to the Leadership. Dave Rook was my Sales POC and took all the time I needed through a couple test drives, and answered every question I had. I was never pressured into pursuing a more expensive vehicle; it was always about what's the best fit for me and my family. I was told that the Finance portion of the deal wouldn't take long at all. Yeah, sure. Well, I met Mike Shaughnessy and they were right. Mike had everything ready and most of it was electronic. There is a big difference when you're working with a Family owned business versus the Corp owned dealerships. We purchased my Wife's Jetta last year from Bob Boast VW and will continue to do our business there for our future Volkswagen vehicles. There's a reason why many of their Team Members have been there so long, and greatly appreciate everyone's help during this process. More
