Beyond Expectation I took my 2013 Passat (purchased in Toronto Canada) to the dealership last Friday. I had air bag recall and 40,000 miles service done on the Passat. Amazing customer service! I thought I had the best dealership in Tampa. They tried to encourage me to allow them to fix my car for double the price, (quoted by Boast) but they I thought I had the best dealership in Tampa. They tried to encourage me to allow them to fix my car for double the price, (quoted by Boast) but they would "give me" a loaner car AFTER they drove my car to Tampa to get the needed repairs. This sounded like an awful idea, so I called Boast. Mike took care of me, and found a coupon for me to further discount my price. Drew was wonderful and drove me to and from home, so there was no need to arrange a ride from a friend. I felt like Mike took all my worries on his shoulders and alleviated the stress that I had experienced from the other dealership. I am so thankful to have found Boast and trust them implicitly for all of my cars needs! Thanks Boast for hiring employees that care about providing the best in customer service. More
