Overall service was good. When I was called about the parts being in stock, I received a rude voicemail stating that “someone” has called 5 times and if I don’t call back they would cancel my service. I parts being in stock, I received a rude voicemail stating that “someone” has called 5 times and if I don’t call back they would cancel my service. I did not receive one phone call until I got the threatening voicemail. This did not make me want to continue the service but I did because the parts were in stock. Possibly approaching your customers with positive intent and kindness would want them to come back in the future. More
