While I was waiting for my inspection to be completed, I watched as an elderly lady with limited money was being told that she needed additional work. Was very satisfied with the crew doing the oil change. However, I was supposed to get a courtesy Car Wash as a Lincoln owner. Whoever did this job should either be fired or retrained. My car looks like they turned a hose on it and took a rag and just swiped over it. There was still dirt all over the sides and all over the back. Because it was wet when I picked it up, I didn’t notice it till I got home. In the past my car always looked great, but not this time. I was very inhappy with it. It was disgusting. More
