I thought I was being pranked I made an appointment to get my free multipoint inspection,tires rotated,and 1 of my free car washes also for them to put windshield fluid in the car I made an appointment to get my free multipoint inspection,tires rotated,and 1 of my free car washes also for them to put windshield fluid in the car because I wasn't aware that no fluid comes with the cars when you purchase from them . I waited patiently they said my car was ready, to my surprise it was even more dirty when they returned it to me dripping wet, they left nasty dirt on my rugs, what appeared to be oil on my seat,tires never got rotated. Two of the young men were happy to wash and clean my car for real I also got myself sweaty helping out. I did not think it was right for me to have driven 40 minutes away from home for service they clearly did not feel up to doing. My one request to the dealership is Do Not offer if plan on treating people this way. Also some friendly faces need to work there. I don't feel welcome and I'm just going to forfeit my other free perks and be happy knowing I don't have to be pranked again. My time is very valuable mine a's well do it yourself people. More
