Very satisfied and happy with the outcome I took my car to Ferrando for annual inspection. Paint on 2016 Expedition was peeling off the hood I have been having problems with the paint on this vehicle peeling off around the wheel wells and fender, and Ferrando took photos and sent it to be p I have been having problems with the paint on this vehicle peeling off around the wheel wells and fender, and Ferrando took photos and sent it to be painted. Then noticed that the paint on the rear gate at the bottom was peeling off in large pieces. I check the rest of the vehicle and the hood, under the front of it ,the paint was all bubbled up and peeling, I called Ferrando's and spoke with Arlen the service manager and he had me bring the vehicle in and took photos of the areas the paint was peeling. Ford approved to replace the hood and rear gate. The parts were ordered and the vehicle was repaired. Every time I have any dealings with Fernando's it is a good customer service experience. Arlen always takes great pride and care when dealing with the customers\, which I have experienced myself and have observed this same professionalism toward other customers. My wife and I will always deal with Ferrando's's due to the quality of people they employ like Arlen and John Barney who both helped us with these paint issues on this vehicle.
