My review I had snow tires and 15,000 mile checkup, This was taken care of satisfactory, however would have appreciated having a list of things checked and ho I had snow tires and 15,000 mile checkup, This was taken care of satisfactory, however would have appreciated having a list of things checked and how they were. Told them about car sometimes shuttering when I drive off sometimes, they told me it was my cd player, I know the difference, my drivers windshield wiper sticks occasionally on the delay and it has been happening more frequently and told me to bring it out when it is doing it, which I can't drive with it raining and not using my wiper from Erie to Girard. Other than that, everything was fine. More

A Pleasant Service Appointment I've owned and driven cars for more than 50 years. This is the ONLY dealership that I've continued to use after my cars have exhausted their warranty. I've owned and driven cars for more than 50 years. This is the ONLY dealership that I've continued to use after my cars have exhausted their warranty. Why? Because most dealers try to up sell you every time you bring your car in for service. But not this dealer. They do only what is required to pass inspection or fix the problem. They also tell you about things you should be watching for in the near future. Other dealers try to get you to fix everything at one time and run up your bill. Not these guys. They tell you what may need servicing in the future so you can space out the work and the cost. I really like that! And, on top of that, they give me a 10% discount because I'm a veteran. Not too many places do that and I appreciate it very much. I would very highly recommend these guys for a purchase or service. More

Based on a recommendation, we took the vehicl Transmission cooling fan on our F150 became stuck in the "full on" mode during our recent move to Erie. Based on a recommendation, we took the vehicle to Bob Ferrando Ford. The service manager and service technician working on the vehicle couldn't have been more pleasant, knowledgeable, or helpful. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue as an electrical relay failure and made the repair. The guys at Bob Ferrando Ford have earned my future maintenance business. Thank you! More
