I dropped my vehicle off on Friday September 1st. The vehicle was overheating the service department was already done for the day. I told her I would follow up with the service department on Tuesday September 5th, giving them the proper information for diagnostic testing. I called the service department approximately at 7:52 in the morning on September 5th. A service personnel named Arlen Bird greeted me with I'm busy what do you want. Not only do I think this comment was off the wall it was extremely rude. I was only trying to relay the information I had for Ferrando Ford service to proceed in a positive fashion. I came in a couple hours later to pick the vehicle up to take somewhere else. At 62 years old I have no time for people to greet me as such. Charles L. Bob Fernando's service dept was extremely helpful and the pricing was also very reasonable. I was in a situation where I could not wait weeks for an appointment, fearful that my car was in a dangerous situat pricing was also very reasonable.
