New Tires 2 weeks to get appointment and I was 1st in line, told 10:30 completion.10:30 truck was not touched. Asked to have old tires marked for future and the 2 weeks to get appointment and I was 1st in line, told 10:30 completion.10:30 truck was not touched. Asked to have old tires marked for future and they were not. Tire pressures ranged from 32 to 41 psi. Poor service communication on truck completion. More

service and loaner It was great having a loaner to use while my car was being repaired. However a truck was not what I thought I'd get. I'm short and getting in and ou It was great having a loaner to use while my car was being repaired. However a truck was not what I thought I'd get. I'm short and getting in and out of it was difficult. Once inside, it was a nice ride though. I don't see why a step or handle to hang onto couldn't be built into this truck. I had to use the steering wheel to hoist myself up into it. Don't see how that's good for a steering wheel long term. By the way, Dan was great to work with. He kept me informed about my car's service. More
