Both individuals were very helpful in making sure that I received any assistance I needed. Were able to help get me into a car before all of them sold off of the lot, as it appeared that 3/4 the available c received any assistance I needed. The prices were pretty competitive, and the Trade in value was MUCH better than any of the other dealers I Visited. My one suggestion is that the "Clear upfront price" is not very clear when I can't go online and view the price. Only a select few cars actually showed the price online. The rest you had to go to the dealership and actually look at the cars to see the price. I saw this as a bit misleading since It said "We post our prices online for everyone, including our competitors to see". NONE of the Prius's had their price shown online. They all stated "Call for details" or "Come in for quote". Other than that, I really enjoyed my experience. More
