Excellent Sales and Service Departments. Jay Whitfield was outstanding. My wife and I knew exactly what car we wanted and the color when we arrived. We found the Blue Hyundai Sonata right awa Jay Whitfield was outstanding. My wife and I knew exactly what car we wanted and the color when we arrived. We found the Blue Hyundai Sonata right away. Jay approached us after a few minutes, perfect timing. From that point on it was a great experience. When we had a question Jay would answer it right away. Jay even noticed there were no floor mats in the car. He told us he would order them and they would be in Friday, To my surprise they were there on Friday. As I inspected the car I noticed a ding on the rear passengers side of the car. I let Jay know this, he called over Tracey Bentley. Tracy took a look at the ding and said they should be able to buff it out. When the car came back from being detailed and ready for me to take it home; Tracy said that the ding could not be buffed out, but he could get if fixed over night. I had no problem with this, I had my doubts that it could be done that fast. The next day Jay gave me a call around noon and said the car was ready for me to pick it up. Great Service!! Overall the experience at Bob King Hyundai was GREAT. I forgot to mention, my in-laws took a ride down with us to look at cars. By the end of the day... they too had bought a Hyundai Sonata. I had I inquired about a vehicle on their inventory. Received a response with the price and was asked if I may be interested in any other vehicles. I had actually found a vehicle at another dealership (about 70 miles away) and asked if they could have the vehicle transferred to Bob King. They responded they had the same vehicle and the price they could sell it to me. We accepted the offer and after we drove the vehicle we saw one of a different color that we liked more and being all the options were identical they sold it to us at the same price. More
