This was by far the best car buying/trading experience I have ever had. Mr. Brandon, my salesman, was absolute great from the moment we began talking over the phone about what I was looking for and all the have ever had. He has even called since the purchase just to see how things were going with the car and if there was anything else he could do, I've never experienced customer care and service from a car dealership like that before. This purchase was a 2hr drive for me, but it was well worth it and I would do it again in the future. Ms. Pibbs, the title clerk, was very friendly to work with in getting my license transferred as soon as possible as there was some confusion with it being an out of state trade. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or trade. Thanks again!! More
First, we sat and waited and waited and waited. We were at the dealership nearly 4 hours. From previous experience, it does not take 4 hours to buy a car. They gave us nearly $2000 less than value on our trade-in, and would not accept any negotiations on the vehicle we wanted to buy. However, they were promised us that the monthly payment would be in our budget so against my better judgement we went ahead and bought the car. We signed the contracts, accepted the monthly payment, left our trade-in with them, and took our new car. 2 days later, they called and said they were unable to get the payments at the agreed amount. It seemed that they were unable to get the 3.9% financing they promised, and it would be over 7%. It would be over $50/month more. Without asking if this was acceptable, they immediately wondered when we could come back in to sign another contract. We live 2+ hours away from the dealership, and our budget does not have $50+ to spare. We informed them that if we came back down, it would be to return the vehicle and take our old one back. After a bit of muttering and holding on the line, they came back with a monthly payment that was only a few dollars above what we agreed on. By this point my husband and i are so upset with this dealership that we will not agree on any payment other than what we first agreed on or less. Perhaps if they had called with the 2nd payment they offered rather than the one that was $50+ more, we would have accepted. My conclusion is ALL THIS DEALERSHIP CARES ABOUT IS GETTING THEIR MONEY. They have no respect for the buyers, or their budgets. They were constantly pushing our prices up, even when we told them our budget allowed for x amount and NO MORE. It was a battle to get our payments to what they promised, and we lost all respect for the company when they called 2 days later still wanting more money. We checked the contracts we had signed, and conveniently the representative had not signed the document on which we agreed to the price, so therefore we have nothing legally binding, and we will be returning the car to them promptly if we can not get the payments worked out. I will never buy from this dealership again. EVER. From other negative reviews i have read, i am only more set in my opinion that all this dealership cares about is selling cars, and conning money from their buyers. If you want a good deal, DO NOT GO TO BOB KING. More
This was the best car buying experiance for both me and my husband. Not only that but service after the sale, Mike contacted us and let us know there was a better deal for us. Sold us a car without air conditioning! We bought the car in December but didn't realize the error until now. Bruce was somewhat helpful until he had the check then he was unfriendly and unhelpful. General Manager, Dave, was super attentive and continued to insure that we were getting everything we needed during our vehicle research, financing, and purchasing experience.
