I called him two days before to tell him what I was looking for and he had it ready to drive away when I got there except for a few minor details. The entire process took less than three hours. I traded a 2011 Sorento and they gave me top dollar for it..Ronnie Quate, Vice president of Bob King Kia is top notch and very helpful. The sales staff is there to sell cars and they do a very good job of it. This was my third new Sorento from Bob King Kia. I have no complaints at all with this dealership. More

OK--he has a nice tie. Third--paperwork people--filled out her ninety day tag with wrong dates. She got stopped by law enforcement 2 weeks later. This necessitated a return trip to dealer to correct error. Taking car now to have fan on air conditioner repaired at our hometown repair shop. Not sure I trust or can afford this place. Oh well, live and learn. But, Michael J. --you're great and keep up the good work! I would recommend you. More
