A great experience! I had dreaded buying a newer car for a long time. My previous vehicle was 14 years old (I had had it for almost 10 years) and had 332,000+ miles. I really did not want to deal with pushy salespeople who were only concerned about making a sale. I had heard good things about Kias and Bob King Kia, so when I found a vehicle I was interested in online, I reached out to the dealership. Shawn Cumber was patient with me and my work schedule in trying to set up a time to come by the dealership. Michael Jenkins was my salesperson and if more were like him, more people would actually look forward to buying a vehicle. He was incredibly personable and helpful and it was like buying a car from a friend. Antwone Clark was the finance representative I dealt with and he made signing all of the paperwork easy and was very outgoing. I cannot express my thanks enough to those at Bob King Kia I dealt with and I will highly recommend them--and Shawn, Michael, and Antwone specifically--to anyone looking at purchasing a vehicle. I owe a HUGE thanks to the Sales Professional Keith Lillard and Finance Manager Jay Barnes. Keith was able to track down the perfect SUV for me and with all of the new rebates on the new 2015 Kia Sorento I got my dream SUV that I could afford!!
