The first suggestion he made was actually the best one for me...even though I asked about a bunch of different vehicles. Rodney was so patient and answered all of my questions. It took me forever and I went in a bunch of different directions and finally ended up right back where Rodney suggested in the first place. I really appreciated all of his hard work and how I felt like we were a team going through the process. The next day I had some questions about the financial paperwork and Jay Barnes pleasantly answered all of my questions. Great people to work with! Great experience! More

Happy!!!! Jason recieved the call when I called the dealership. I recently along with my husband acquired custody of one of our grandchildren..... Mr. Owen..... Jason recieved the call when I called the dealership. I recently along with my husband acquired custody of one of our grandchildren..... Mr. Owen..... and part custody of Ms. Olivia... We have 2 trucks that are used... one for my husbands work and one for personal use. It juat so happens that the one for personal use is a straight drive. I have a auto immune disease that has hammered away at my body including arthritis at its worse. Having the children and running more to do for them and get them where they needed to be was putting me in pain to the point of tears daily. We knew we needed another vehicle so I called. Jason was amazing! He was completely understanding that I needed approval without going to pick a vehicle out... I didn't have the time to go through the process in the normal way. I told him what we needed and wanted.... he took it and ran with it. It wasn't long and I had a call from Jason asking me to come with verifications.... it was done. I haven't even looked at a vehicle yet. I knew I wanted a sorento.... something classy yet functional for the new road of life we are on. He pulled 1 vehicle from just listening to me. Owen was with me so we drove around alittle and was ready to sign. We jave bought several cars over our 20 plus years together and never had a enjoyable experience like this!! Everyone was so nice..... and Owen was ..... well I think he put some fin in there day. Its taking me awhile to get this on here but Thank You Jason...... you have helped make our life good to go without the pain I have had to deal with. Another wonderful thing was that whsn he asked me if I had a trade in or a down payment my answer was no.....we have had attorney fees to pay!! I drove home in the new addition to our family. We are very happy with our 2015 Sorento...... and very happy with Jason. Before you buy a vehicle. ..for your first time or not go see Jason! Andrew was very up front and did not hassle us into purchasing anything we did not want. Scott came out and talked with us about what we wanted to do and was very straight forward.
