I've had enough interaction with them to conclude that I will never again seek out their services. I bought a brand new 2015 Honda Fit in May. Beaverton Honda had a car advertised online for the wrong price - it was lower than it should have been. When I came in searching for that particular car at that particular price point, they discovered the error. I walked into their dealership because they had the best "no negotiation" price, and what did I have to do? Negotiate. Since they had advertised a lower price, I insisted on buying the car for that price. I eventually won out the argument, but was unimpressed with that type of approach. It's simple: you must be prepared to sell your products at the price you advertised. Little did I know that was just the first sign of trouble. A few days after I had returned home with my brand new car, I got a call with the unhappy news that they had made an error with the details of my financing. They wanted me to come in and sign a new agreement. (Um, really? Does that approach actually work?) I explained that I could return the car if need be, but I would not be signing a new agreement. Don't be silly! Again, after a significant amount of back and forth, I also got my way on this one (because, of course, they don't want the car back - and THEY made the mistake!) Fast forward a few months, and I find that the front emblem on my car (the Honda "H") has literally FALLEN off. Not a good indicator of manufacturing quality. Also, the USB port managed to catch my standard Apple iPhone cable. The cord was STUCK in there, and had to be pulled out by force (the cable functioned correctly before and after this incident - indicating that there was something wrong with the port itself). When I came to the service center to resolve these issues (and perform the oil change and recall that my car was due for), I was initially told I'd have to pay for the USB issue. Again, after another round of arguing, they covered it under my warranty. Unfortunately, when it comes to this business, you have to be good at advocating for yourself, or they will screw you over. Their idea of customer service is appalling, and it's been a generally awful experience for me as a consumer. There are many other choices in the Portland area for Honda dealers. I have owned a Honda for the last eleven years, and while I have loved my Honda, I'm beginning to question the overall Honda experience. More

We are easy going people but this last time so bad I had to walk out before our car even made it in the service bay. Would not recommend! More

I totaled my car in a freak accident, they took care me.. They were so easy to work with. Have not had a new car in 10 years and I love my new civic. They are very caring to work with. Disappointed! I bought a 2012 Honda Civic (certified used car) around this time last year. The odometer reading was about 9k miles when I bought it. When I took it I bought a 2012 Honda Civic (certified used car) around this time last year. The odometer reading was about 9k miles when I bought it. When I took it for regular oil change for the first time, I was told that the tires were not in good shape, but it's okay to drive for a while. That was in January, just after three months of buying the car. By the way, I also have a seven years servicing contract with Honda. Recently it became so critical that I was forced to change them. I was under the impression that the tires are still in good condition for at least next 30k miles, if not more. Whereas, the actual condition was so bad that for long time I drove the car with serious danger without knowledge. Luckily enough, they didn't burst on us and I changed them before that happened. Anyway, when I told the servicing guys that the tires should still be in good shape and it's not anyhow my fault so I should not be paying for the tires, they completely disregarded my concern and basically said they cannot do anything about it. On top of tire changing, I was told that the alignment was totally off as well, so I had to pay another 90 bucks for that. So, I would say, my impression about them after one year is not the same as it was a year back. I am DISAPPOINTED! More

I came in at night interested in test driving two vehicles I was interested in. Angela had a pleasant, unassuming manner and a great sense of humor which immediately put me at ease. She was very helpful in answering questions and really helped me make a decision that I was obviously struggling with. It was getting later in the evening, I didn't have a lot of time and figured I'd need to return another time to make a purchase, but Angela (and others) stayed open past normal closing time to help me purchase my vehicle and in a very short time.
