Tried to tell me I needed a new wheel bearing and hub when all I needed was a couple wheel studs. Tried making me pay 900 dollars to do so when I took it to a mechanic and did it for 200. Dani is always friendly in the service department and explains in detail about service reccomendations. They wash your car after a service appointment, even if it's just an oil change.
